Long-range IoT

Go beyond Bluetooth with 868 MHz LoRa® on KNOT Gateway LR8 or 915 MHz Wi-Fi HaLow on KNOT Gateway HL9 – two sub-GHz options for IoT deployments that need to reach even further.

Three ways back to your servers

Use Gigabit Ethernet, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, or LTE Cat 1 bis for backhaul. Put the gateway where your devices are, without depending on Ethernet being available there.

RouterOS does the rest

Filter data locally, build your own logic with scripts, publish information using MQTT or HTTP, and integrate it into your preferred IoT platform with custom dashboards, notifications, and reports.

Build where it makes sense

IP66 protection, PoE-in, 12–57 V DC input, surge protection, and integrated antennas for BLE, Wi-Fi, LTE, Sub-GHz, and GNSS let you place KNOT closer to the devices it’s actually serving. External antenna connectors for BLE and Sub-GHz give you extra flexibility when the installation calls for it.

And eSIM/MikroTik connectivity gives you even more flexibility – no need for an existing internet connection. You can active data via a simple MikroTik account login!

MikroTik Connectivity offers preloaded eSIM profiles all over the world, multi-operator switching, and reliable remote management with multi-network access for roaming and backup purposes.
